The real property you subscribe to does not reduce structurally all through the tenure of your investment, so you get your returns on same property throughout the period you own a share of the property. It is also guaranteed that you get your actual percentage of investment on the proceeds from the property, whether rent or sale. You will be presented with Certificate of Beneficial Ownership (CBO) and ownership agreement upon full payment of your percentage investment share which serves as instrument to ascertain your ownership of a share of a real property.
Join2Own will establish a channel of communication with all subscribers at all times to keep giving update on the progress of investment on the particular property they have subscribed to. We will be working closely with our partners to allow ample time for people to come on board in order to secure the property. Should be reach the end of allowable period and the slots are not fully taken on a property, the money (principal) paid shall be returned fully to the investor.
Join2Own is a platform that allows real property organizations anywhere in Nigeria to list their properties no matter where they are located. There is therefore no limit to the locations where properties listed on our platform are.
Yes, every property will have a cap on the number of investors that can be on-boarded. The number slots will be determined by Join2Own management. The cap will vary for each real property. One property may have 50 slots while another has 35 slots. This will be determined largely by the total cost of the property.
